When you select Book Now, you will leave the Stellar Aesthetics Studio website and access the third-party booking platform. Information submitted through that platform, including appointment information and payment information, is subject to the applicable terms, conditions, and privacy practices of the third-party service provider.
Stellar Aesthetics Studio is not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, privacy practices, or content of third-party websites or services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue online booking availability at any time.
4. Payments, Cancellations, and Appointments
A valid credit or debit card is required to schedule an appointment through our online booking portal. Your card information is securely maintained by the applicable third-party booking and payment provider and may be used in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policy described below.
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, will generally result in a $50 cancellation or no-show fee charged to the card on file.
The $50 fee may be waived at the discretion of Stellar Aesthetics Studio in circumstances involving a genuine emergency or other circumstances that reasonably warrant an exception.
By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation and no-show policy and authorize the applicable booking and payment provider to process any applicable fee to the card on file.
Appointment availability, scheduling requirements, and other applicable payment terms are provided through our online booking portal and may be updated from time to time.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Aesthetic and cosmetic treatments are individualized, and results vary from person to person. Stellar Aesthetics Studio does not guarantee any particular aesthetic or cosmetic outcome.
Results may depend on a variety of factors, including individual anatomy, skin condition, treatment area, treatment plan, lifestyle, adherence to post-treatment instructions, and the body's individual response to treatment.
Before receiving a treatment, you will have the opportunity to discuss the anticipated benefits, potential risks, alternatives, and expected outcomes with your healthcare provider.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the content of this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, design elements, and other materials, is owned by or used with permission by Stellar Aesthetics Studio.
